Innovative Burr Calibration System - The Maestro Plus has 40 grind settings Espresso to French Press. An innovative calibration system virtually eliminates grind variation and ensures identical performance from each grinder. Furthermore, the ring burr is supported on three points, providing a stable platform for a more accurate grind.

Efficient, Powerful Motor - A 240 watt DC motor turns slowly, resulting in cool, quiet operation and permits long grinding duty-cycles without overheating. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically-resetting, thermal cut-off switch.

Slow Grind - The Maestro Plus features a special gear reduction to 450 RPM, which reduces noise, heat and static generation in the grinder. It also ensures that the beans feed smoothly into the burrs.
