This is a list of "Like New" and "Factory-Refurbished" Equipment from Bunn dated 10/02/09. All equipment is shipped directly from Bunn and comes with original Bunn warranty of 2 years parts and 1 year labor. "Like New" generally means the equipment was either not used or only used a couple of times – maybe as a demo model or something.
"Refurbished" generally means equipment had a slight problem and had to be shipped back to the factory to be fixed.

Bunn has received 10 reports of the pod drawer accessory opening unexpectedly during a brew cycle. With units in production since 2004 and over 35,600 units in the field, there has only been one minor injury reported in connection with the potential hazard (the pod and less than 2 oz. of hot water coming out).

Nevertheless, Bunn, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, has decided to undertake a voluntary recall of the pod drawer accessory used in models MCA and MCP because of its dedication to quality and safety.
