Advanced Patented AromaSwirl Brewing System

The AromaSwirl System yields maximum flavor and aroma from the brewing process. This special system combines freshly ground coffee with water that is at the ideal temperature in a pressurized brewing system. The coffee grounds are conditioned (presoaked) in hot water for a few seconds, and then subjected to high pressure during the computer controlled brewing cycle. The result is coffee and espresso that has been brewed under perfect conditions.

Automatic Espresso & Coffee Brewing – Easy To Operate

The Benevenuto B20 was designed so that anyone, regardless of their experience could easily master the art of making great coffeehouse drinks. When the coffee button is pressed, the machine will grind just the right amount of coffee beans, place the grounds into the brewing system, extract your coffee or espresso, and clean up after itself in one complete step.

The designers kept in mind that all you want is great coffee drinks and not a lot of fancy buttons and controls. There are two control knobs and one coffee brew button to master in order to make coffee drinks. It’s so easy! To brew coffee you simply dial in the coffee drink you want and using the other dial you select how strong your coffee selection will be.

Select from the following coffee drinks: Small espresso, espresso, small coffee, coffee, large coffee, XXL coffee. You may also brew a double of any of these drinks (2 espressos or 2 large coffees for example) by selecting that option on the coffee drink selector!

Hot Water Dispenser & Instant Steam Feature

Turn on the steam knob, wait about 10 seconds, and you will have all of the instant steam you want for cappuccinos or lattes. A convenient frothing tip for creating milk froth comes with the machine and delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right-front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 20 oz. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the turn of a dial.

Special Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel

This option allows you to pour pre-ground coffee into a funnel that is accessed by lifting a small lid on top of the machine. This feature is perfect when there is someone in the crowd who wants a decaffeinated espresso and there are only caffeine espresso beans in the machine, or if you wish to sample other blends of coffee. After making a cup of coffee with the pre-ground option, the machine automatically resets back to the beans held in the machine. It’s all up to taster’s choice.

Information Display Screen

Unlike any machine in its class, the B20 has a information screen that has 12 backlit symbols on it that tells you everything from what mode the machine is in to when the machine needs to be cleaned, so there is no guessing on how to use the machine.

Professional Quality Coffee Grinder

Six Settings Proper grinding is at the core of excellent coffee production. The Benevenuto has a built-in, conical type burr grinder, the same type used by the professionals. Pushing the brew button sets the cycle in motion with the grinder measuring out the correct amount of beans for the selection made and then grinding it to specifications.

Conical burr grinders are made up of a cone shaped grinding wheel that turns slow enough not to burn the coffee beans, (a problem with low cost grinders). The heavy-duty steel of the grinding wheel promotes a life of long service and that’s strong enough to resist damage from the little stones that sometimes slip in with the beans. This durable construction is consistent with top quality machines and little or no maintenance or service is needed.

Built-in ½ Gallon Water Tank

The Benevenuto water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. The reservoir is made of smoke color ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze. When the water runs low, the digital display will remind you when to refill it.

For Perfect Coffee Extraction - a Powerful Pump

Delivering a maximum pressure of 15 bars, this on board water pump pulls the maximum flavor from the coffee beans.

Coffee Bean Storage Hopper & Internal Dump Box

Keeping ½ pounds of beans fresh and ready for grinding is the built in, lidded coffee bean hopper. This large capacity allows up to 30 cups of coffee to be prepared before refilling is needed. When the coffee grounds are spent, the machine delivers them to the internal dump box; which can hold up to 15 expended coffee portions. It’s easy to remove and clean.

Stainless Steel Boiler

The Benevenuto is special, as it is one of the very few fully automated coffee centers in this price range that features a 1300 watt stainless steel lined thermoblock boiler. Using stainless steel improves coffee flavor and greatly increases the life span of the boiler.

Adjustable Beverage Dispensing Nozzle

This coffee dispensing nozzle moves up or down to accept cup sizes up to 4.25 inches high.

Heated Cup Stacking Surface

Located on the top of this machine is a heated surface made of non-stick metal that allows you to stack up those espresso cups and keep them toasty.
