Designed by Italian Carlo Galizzi, an artist well-known in Europe for his architectual designs in the fields of lighting, machinery and, now, espresso machines. The Cellini is a study of physics, science and industrial design, beautifully applied to a working appliance.

The Cellini beauty is enhanced by it’s cutting edge technology. The super-quiet Ulka pump produces 16 bars of pressure for creamy espresso every time. Dual pressure gauges moniter coffee and steam output. The chrome-plated, brass filter holder and 60 mm. coffee filters are oversized - similar to commercial-grade machines. The Cellini espresso machine returns unused water back to the water reservoir, assuring fresh-tasting coffee every time. Additionally, micro valves eliminate group dripping. This unit features a full metal body with a top cup warmer. The 40 oz. water tank is removable for cleaning.

Cappuccino frothing is quick and easy with the "Super Froth" attachment mounted on the unit. You may also froth by using the "Cappuccino Automatic" attachment. This system draws milk directly out of the container and aerates it into your cup, taking the guess work out of frothing. It will also not only allow you to scald the milk before producing the necessary froth. Both frothing systems are removable for easy cleaning.
