Shipping & Returns

Products generally ship within 2 business days of the order date. Products ship by UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise agreed upon. Used equipment generally does not ship until 5-10 business days after receipt of order. Faster shipping is available at an extra charge - please call us at 615-383-8181 for rates.

Returns

We make our living selling on the Internet, and we would not be able to survive for long without satisfied customers. Our manufacturers take pride in their products, and they want satisfied customers as well. If you receive a product with which you are unsatisfied, please let us know ASAP. We will do our best to make amends. Products can be returned within 30 days after purchase for a full refund less manufactur restocking fees (see below) our shipping costs. Customers must pay shipping costs for the return.

If a machine is not working correctly upon receipt and first use. Please let us know. Often these problems can be fixed quickly and easily. Most machines are tested at factory before shipping. Depending on the machine, there may be coffee residue or water spots present.

Return of Bunn Products

If you are unsatisfied with a Bunn product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from Bunn. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee at Bunn's discretion.

Return of Fetco Products

If you are unsatisfied with a Fetco product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from Fetco. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Fetco's restocking fees are: 0% if returned within 30 days, 15% within 60 days and no returns after 60 days from ship date.

Return of Grindmaster Products

If you are unsatisfied with a Grindmaster product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from Grindmaster. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee at Grindmaster's discretion.

Return of Wilbur Curtis Products

If you are unsatisfied with a Wilbur Curtis product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from Wilbur Curtis. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee at Wilbur Curtis' discretion.

Return of Newco Products

If you are unsatisfied with a Newco product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from Newco. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee at Newco's discretion.

Return of Espresso Machines and Other Products

If you are unsatisfied with an espresso machine or any other product for any reason, please call or email us so that we can get a Return Authorization number from the manufacturer. All guarantees and returns are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer and may include a restocking fee.

Tax

Tennessee orders are subject to state tax of 9.25%.
