Completely Automatic Espresso & Coffee Brewing - Just press the button and the One Touch Ultra will automatically grind your coffee beans, and dispense freshly brewed, rich and flavorful coffee into your cup. Press the brew button once for a single espresso or coffee. Utilize the enormous flexibility of this machine’s programming options by varying the water volume up to 12 ounces and the ability to select up to 16 grams of ground coffee per brewing cycle. Also, you can program the coffee temperature for the ultimate cup of coffee.

Fully Automated Milk Frothing System - The One Touch Ultra is one of the few coffee and espresso centers that features a built-in automatic milk frothing system. It works by drawing milk out of the milk cooler, combines the milk with steam, and then froths the milk which then is deposited right into your coffee mug, perfect foam for a perfect cappuccino. The milk is kept cold and fresh in a mini-fridge (optional) or cold storage container and connected through a tube directly to the milk-frother. When you are not using the container, simply store it in the refrigerator.

Multi-Function Digital Screen - The digital screen, you’ll see all the functions and options. Do you want to brew one cup or two? Is your machine in the automatic rinsing or cleaning cycle? Is it grinding or brewing? This versatile machine is also multilingual and can be programmed in 14 languages.

4 Pre-Set Buttons for Cup Size Selection - Choices include a single or double shot of espresso, a small, medium or large cup of coffee and varying the strength of the drink. Just press the button and within 30-40 seconds you will be enjoying a perfect beverage. If you want a perfect cappuccino, simply press the cappuccino button. The machine will automatically froth the milk and then combine it with freshly brewed espresso.

Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel - This option allows you to pour pre-ground coffee into a funnel that is accessed by lifting a small lid on top of the machine. This feature is perfect when there is someone who wants a decaffeinated espresso and there are only caffeinated espresso beans in the machine, or if you wish to sample other blends of coffee. After making a cup of coffee with the pre-ground option, the machine automatically resets back to the beans held in the machine.

Special Pre-infusion Brew System Cycle - In order to optimize the flavor extraction, pre-infusion is a special step where a little hot water is injected into the freshly ground coffee, in order to soak it and let it swell up. This is done just before the actual brew cycle commences. The grounds are pre-soaked and then brewed before being discarded automatically into the internal dump box.

Professional Quality Coffee Grinder - The One Touch Ultra has a built-in, commercial-grade coffee grinder, the same type used by the professionals. Pushing the brew button sets the cycle in motion with the grinder measuring out the correct amount of beans for the selection made and then grinding it to specifications.

Built-in 2.4 Liter Water Tank - The water reservoir can easily be refilled by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. When the water runs low, the digital display will remind you when to refill it.

A Powerful Pump for Perfect Coffee Extraction - With a maximum pressure of 16 bars, this on board water pump pulls the maximum flavor from the coffee beans.

Coffee Bean Storage Hopper & Internal Dump Box - Keeping ½ pounds of beans fresh and ready for grinding is the built in, lidded coffee bean hopper. This large capacity allows up to 24 cups of coffee to be prepared before refilling is needed. When the coffee grounds are spent, the machine delivers them to the internal dump box, which can hold up to 24 expended coffee portions. It’s easy to remove and clean.

Stainless Steel Dual Boiler Heavy Duty Heating System - One of the reasons that the One Touch Ultra is great for anything from small commercial settings to home or office use, is its durable dual heating system. It provides for continuous use or a lot of servings over a short time period.

Adjustable Beverage Dispensing Nozzle - The coffee dispensing nozzle moves up or down to accept cup sizes up to 4 inches high.

Heated Cup Stacking Surface - On the top of this machine is a heated surface made of non-stick metal that allows you to stack espresso cups and keep them toasty. Using the on-screen functions, you can turn this feature on or off.

Swivel Base - The swivel base makes it easy to access all sides of your machine to remove the water tank and open the side service door.

Removable Internal Brew System - Can be quickly and easily removed from the machine and cleaned. Just rinse it under running water to remove all traces of dirt and coffee residues, which when left inside the machine, change the flavor of the coffee and interfere with the correct functioning of the brew group.
